Asher Apparel Company Return Policy

At Asher Apparel Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at AsherApparelCompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
